Reflection for the New Year

As we wrap up the year and move into the next, it's a great time to reflect on how things are going, and what our goals are moving forward. Join me as I lead you through these 10 Reflective Questions and share with you some of my thoughts on the year behind us:

  1. What did this year teach me about myself?
  2. Who showed up for me this year, and how can I nurture those relationships?
  3. How did I show up for myself this year? How can I nurture relationship with self?
  4. How am I working for what I want? Am I keeping promises to myself? Why or Why Not?
  5. What barriers kept me from meeting my goals? Can these barriers be removed, or do I need to adjust my goals?
  6. How did I cope with uncomfortable feelings? What coping mechanisms worked or didn't work for me?
  7. What do I need to accept about myself or other people in my life?
  8. What do I need to practice doing more of...or less of?
  9. What limiting beliefs do I have about myself that are holding me back from what I value?
  10. What is 1 new boundary I need to establish to protect my peace?
