The Appalachian Overlook was born out of her passion for community...and because her children are tired of hearing her advice, so she needed a new outlet! She lives in Abingdon with her fiance and 3 children, still at home, and 2 adult children who have flown the coop but still visit from time to time. She loves running, hiking, gardening and music....and is constantly trying new hobbies. Join along for the journey!
